The tradition is based on solidarity and the group is investing heavily in the development of its members. For example, the group can help one member to access a new job or post so that this group member can enrich and help the other members in return.
Once the beneficiary feels indebted to the community, then the person will give back without counting. Personal involvement and creativity will be brought into play in order to generate the necessary contribution. |
